前回は夏の函館という事で数年前に撮った夏の函館の写真を投稿しました。

前回も書きましたが函館には今年の春に桜を撮りに行っています。
来年もゴールデンウィークには桜を撮りに行くと思います。

ラグビーワールドカップ Rugby World Cup
先日の南アフリカ戦負けちゃいましたね。
とっても残念でしたが、選手達のインタビューにもあったように実力差がありましたね。
しかし、史上初の予選突破でベスト8ってとってもすごいことです。
こんな書き出しですが僕はラグビーの経験もないし、昔から好きだったわけでもないし、日頃応援しているチームがあるわけでもありません。
いわゆる「にわかファン」ってやつですね（笑）
興味を持ったのが4年前の2015年に行われたラグビーワールドカップ、イングランド大会です。
その時の日本代表は予選で強豪の南アフリカに勝ったりと当時も話題になりましたね。
予選は3勝1敗という結果を残したんです。（その前のワールドカップは4敗でした）
ラグビーは単純に大男がぶつかり合うというエキサイティングな面白さもあります。さらに、今まで全く勝てなかった日本代表がどーして勝てるようになったかが知りたくて興味を持ったんです。
そこで当時の日本代表ヘッドコーチ、現イングランド代表ヘッドコーチであるエディージョーンズの存在を知りました。彼に関連した書籍や記事はたくさん読みましたね～
簡単に言うと、今までは日本人の特性であるスピードや組織力を活かした戦術で戦っていたんです。しかしエディージョーンズはラグビーはぶつかり合いだから外国の選手に負けない筋力、フィジカルが必要だとして、徹底したウエイトトレーニング等のフィジカル強化と厳しい練習を4年間みっちり課したんです。その結果、3勝1敗という成績を残しました。
それから4年が経ちますが現在のヘッドコーチがジェイミージョセフに変わり4年前より厳しい練習を課し、さらに組織力を高める考え方やトレーニングを積んだそうです。
その結果が決勝リーグ進出でベスト8という結果です。
偶然ではなく必然だったんですね。
血のにじむようなトレーニングを重ね結果を出すってみんなが好きそうなシチュエーションですよね。
選手たちも様々なインタビューで必ず勝つと応えていました。それははったりや成功哲学ではなく、厳しいトレーニングで培った自信なんですよね。
本当に基礎基本が大事という事を学びましたね。努力は実を結ぶんです。
さらに大事なのは何を努力すればいいかという方向性なんだろうなーと思いました。
当然 一番頑張ったのは選手本人ですが、それを支える家族や周りの協力もあったと思います。
なんかいろいろ考えることや学ぶことがありました。
すみません。にわかファンが語っちゃいました。
これからもラグビーを応援しようと思っています。
Rugby World Cup
The other day, the Japanese national team lost to the South African national team.

The qualifying left 3 wins and 1 loss. (The previous World Cup was 4 losses)
Rugby has the exciting fun of simply hitting a big man. I was also interested in knowing how the Japanese national team, which had never won before, has come to win.
So I learned about the existence of Eddie Jones, the representative head coach of Japan at that time and the current head coach of England. I read a lot of books and articles related to him ~
To put it simply, until now, we were fighting with tactics that utilized the characteristics and speed of the Japanese. However, Eddie Jones implicated physical strength such as thorough weight training and strict practice for 4 years, as rugby collided and needed strength and physical strength comparable to foreign players. As a result, I left 3 wins and 1 loss.
Four years have passed, but the current head coach changed to Jamie Joseph, and he imposed more rigorous practice than four years ago.
The result is the best 8 in the final league.
Was n’t it a coincidence?
It ’s a situation that everyone likes to do after bloody training.
The players also responded that they always won in various interviews. That's not the philosophy of success, but the confidence gained through rigorous training.
I learned that the basics are really important. Efforts bear fruit.
What was more important was the direction of what should be done.
Of course, it was the player himself who worked hard, but I think there was also support from the family and others who supported it.
There was a lot of thinking and learning.
I'm sorry. A Japanese fan told me.
I will continue to support rugby.

秋はじめます。Start autumn.
前回までは夏の思い出の写真を投稿していましたが、今回からは少しずつ秋の写真を投稿していこうと思います。

まーいつも撮影しているところですよね。
秋になると紅葉がとっても綺麗なんです。
週末はたくさんの人が散歩していますね。
実は先ほどもちょっと撮影に行ってきたんです。
構図はこの写真とあまり変わりませんが、年によって紅葉の感じが違います。
今年の紅葉はきれいだと思います。
インスタやFacebookページではもー少ししたら投稿すると思います。
やっぱり紅葉してくるとテンションが上がります。
綺麗な色を見ると撮影したくなります。
11月の中旬くらいまでは紅葉が楽しめるかなー
