そろそろ引っ越したい I want to move soon.
前回は初雪が降ったよーという記事を書いたと思います。
寒い日が続いていますが根雪にはなっていないです。
そろそろドカ雪が降って根雪になっていくんでしょうね。
そうなると専門学校も冬休みに入るのでまた連日山に入ってシマエナガの撮影でもしようかな。
今回はちょっとコロナの件は触れないで僕の近況の話をしようと思います。
ちょっと今、引っ越しを考えていまして数か月前から物件を探していました。
僕は元々働いていた会社は転勤があって、引っ越しも数回しています。
東京に行ったり、長野に行ったり、また札幌に帰ってきたり・・・
今の家は独立してからずっと住んでいます。
かれこれ10数年経つでしょうか。
そろそろ手狭になり、車を持つのに駐車場を借りなくてはいけないこともあって引っ越しを考えていました。
まー今は前と違って転勤が決まりすぐに家を探して引っ越さなくてならない状況とは違い、いい部屋があればなーという気持ちで探していました。
コロナの影響もあり、何か環境を変えたいなーという気持ちから年末年始が暇なので引っ越ししようと考えていました。
不動産仲介業者に行っていくつか物件を紹介してもらい、気に入った物件があったの申込書を書いて提出してきました。ちょっと今の場所からは離れますが、まずまずな広さで近くに駐車場のある新築物件です。早ければ来年の1月中旬には引っ越しが出来そう。
しかしここで頭をよぎるのは独立してから借りた今の部屋の契約のことです。
そう。審査です。
今の部屋は独立したばかりという事もありなかなか契約が決まらなかったという過去があります。
審査がなかなか通らず両親に連帯保証人になってもらいようやく決まった部屋なのです。
さて今回はどうかな？？
独立して10年くらい経つし、実績もそこそこ上げたつもりです・・・・・・・
今回は前回と違って（今はけっこう多いのかな？？）保証会社を最初につける契約の方法です。
不動産仲介業者によれば保証会社の審査が通ればすんなり部屋の契約できるようなのです。
さてさて・・・・
結果・・・・・・保証会社の審査通らず！！
自営業者にとってはなかなか辛い現実です。
現状、別の保証会社に親の連帯保証をつけてのチャレンジ中です。

I've been thinking about moving for a while now and have been looking for a property for several months.
The company I originally worked for has been transferred and has moved several times.
Going to Tokyo, going to Nagano, coming back to Sapporo ...
I have lived in my current house since I became independent.
It's been more than 10 years now.
I was thinking about moving because it was getting too small and I had to rent a parking lot to have a car.
Unlike before, I was looking for a good room, unlike the situation where I had to find a house and move immediately after I was transferred.
Due to the influence of Corona, I was thinking of moving because I was free during the year-end and New Year holidays because I wanted to change the environment.
I went to a real estate agent to introduce some properties, and I wrote and submitted an application form for a property I liked. It's a little far from the current location, but it's a new property with a reasonable size and a parking lot nearby. I think I can move as early as mid-January next year.
However, what comes to my mind here is the contract for the current room I rented after becoming independent.
so. It is an examination.
There is a past that the contract was not decided easily because the current room has just become independent.
It was a room that was finally decided by having my parents become a guarantor because it was difficult to pass the examination.
How about this time? ??
It's been about 10 years since I became independent, and I think I've made some progress ...
This time, unlike the last time (Is there a lot now ??), this is the contract method to attach a guarantee company first.
According to the real estate agent, if the guarantor's examination passes, you can easily contract the room.
Alright····
Result: The guarantee company did not pass the examination! !!
It's a difficult reality for self-employed people.
Currently, we are taking on the challenge of attaching a parent's joint guarantee to another guarantee company.

いつもの公園 The usual park.
今回の写真はいつも撮影をしている円山公園です。
数年前に撮った秋の写真ですね。
今頃は葉が全部落ちて冬を待つばかりになっています。
本当に綺麗な公園なんですよね。
引っ越しすると円山公園も遠くなっちゃうなー
