前回は夏の美瑛という事で数年前に美瑛で撮った写真を投稿しました。
↑のタイトルにリンクを張っておきましたのでまだの方はぜひ見てみてください。
綺麗な景色で有名な美瑛も観光客と地元の農家さんの間でいろいろあるようなんです。
あまりにも畑への無断侵入が多いため有名な木が切られたりもしています。
僕たちカメラマンもいろいろ考えなくてはいけません。
地元の農家さんの生活があっての景観なんです。

台風の影響 Effects of the typhoon.
先日 日本に大きな爪痕を残した台風15号の影響で現在も（9月12日現在）千葉県において大停電の被害が出ていますね。
被災された方々には心からお見舞い申し上げます。
こという僕も去年の今頃、地震の影響で約2日間の停電を経験しました。
2日間という期間でしたが本当に不便でした。
まず、僕の住んでいる建物が9階建で、電気のポンプで水を上まで上げているようなんです。
なので停電の影響で水が出ませんでした。
携帯の充電もままならず、近所のコンビニやスーパーには長蛇の列ができていました。
まー時期が9月上旬だったので、暑くもなく寒くもない気温でした。
これが真冬だったら・・・と考えると本当に怖いですよね。
地震からは飲み水や非常食など多少は家に置いておくようにしています。
少し防災の意識が高まったかなーと思っています。
本当に大事ですよね。

I'm really scared if I think this is midwinter.
I keep some drinking water and emergency food at home from the earthquake.
I think that the awareness of disaster prevention has increased a little.

美瑛の夏～その2 Biei Summer 2
写真は前回の予告通り美瑛の風景の続きです。
前回の記事は思った以上にアクセス数か多かったです。

3枚目はジャガイモ畑ですね。
本当に綺麗な景観でため息が出ます。

美瑛の景観って Biei landscape.
僕の個人の見解を書きます。
この記事の最初にも書きましたが、美瑛では農家の方々と観光客とのトラブルが絶えません。
ちょっと前では美瑛には「哲学の木」という有名な木が地主の方によって討伐されました。
木が討伐された理由はいろいろあるようです。
木が腐って危険だったといわれていますが、この場所はいつも観光客の無断侵入によって地主の方が迷惑をしていたようです。
前回の記事にも書いたマイルドセブンの丘の木もほとんどが討伐されたようです。
恐らくこのままでは今まで通りの写真が撮れなくなってしますでしょう。
僕たちカメラマンにも責任があると思います。
綺麗な写真をネットで上げたら誰でも行きたくなるし、綺麗な景観は近くで見たくなるのは仕方ないと思います。なので綺麗な写真をネットに上げるだけではなく注意喚起もしていかないといけません。影響力のある人ならなおのことです。 （僕ではありません・・・・）
そして、地元にもっとお金が落ちるように働きかけるべきなんです。
具体的にどうしたらいいかはわかりません。
ふるさと納税かなー 寄付かなー
僕が思うに美瑛の景観って知床とか大雪山の景観とちょっと違います。
知床とか大雪山の景観はワイルドライフです。つまり手つかずの大自然ですよね。
でも美瑛の景観はトウモロコシ畑だったり、ジャガイモ畑だったりとその土地で効率のいい収穫を得るための知恵の結果なんです。
トウモロコシは寒さに弱いので写真のようにビニールをかけたり。丘陵地にジャガイモをたくさん植えるためにカーブにしたりと農家さんの知恵なんです。
けして見に来た人を楽しませるためにやっていることではないんです。
なので美瑛の主役は農家さんで我々カメラマンや観光客はその生活の一部を見せてもらっているだけなんです。
僕も微力ながら啓蒙していけたらなーと思っています。

As I wrote at the beginning of this article, there are always troubles between farmers and tourists in Biei.
A little while ago, a famous tree called the “philosophy tree” was defeated by the landowner in Biei.
There seem to be many reasons why trees were subjugated.
It is said that the tree was rotten and dangerous, but it seems that the landowner was always inconvenienced by the unauthorized intrusion of tourists.
It seems that most of Mild Seven's hill trees that I wrote in the previous article were subjugated.
Probably you won't be able to take photos as usual.
I think we and photographers are also responsible.
Anyone who wants to see beautiful pictures online will want to go, and I think it's unavoidable to see beautiful scenery nearby. So you have to not only bring beautiful pictures to the net but also call attention. This is especially true for influential people. (Not me ...)
And you should encourage the locals to make more money.
I don't know what to do specifically.

I think the scenery of Biei is a little different from the scenery of Shiretoko or Daisetsuzan.
The scenery of Shiretoko and Daisetsuzan is a wild life. In other words, it is an untouched nature.
But the scenery of Biei is a corn field or a potato field, which is the result of wisdom to obtain an efficient harvest on that land.
Corn is vulnerable to cold, so I put vinyl on it as shown in the picture. The farmer's wisdom is to make a curve to plant a lot of potatoes in the hilly area.
It's not something you do to entertain people who come to see.
So Biei's leading role is a farmer, and we, photographers and tourists, just show us part of their lives.
