まもなく3月になろうとしていますが、皆様お元気でしょうか？
現在はマスクなんかも手に入りにくい状況です。
毎日のようにテレビやネットでは新型コロナウイルスの報道やニュースが流れていますね。
その中には大袈裟なことや嘘なんかも混ざっていますので気を付けてください。
とはいうものの情報が多すぎて、何を信じて行動していいかもなかなかわからないですよね。
とりあえず僕は（あくまでも僕がやっていること）自分自身でしっかり予防するしかないかなーと思っています。
①しっかりこまめに手洗いうがいをする。いつもより入念に。
②外出の時はマスクをする。洗って繰り返し使えるのを買いました。
③人混みには近づかない。
④バランスよく食事をしっかりとる。
⑤睡眠をしっかりとる。
まーこんな感じでしょうか。
風邪やインフルエンザの予防と一緒ですね。
まー感染症なんで一緒なんです。
本当は2月26日は東京にいる予定でした。
年に1回のカメラの展示会CP+が中止になって、東京行を迷っていました。
東京でしかやっていない写真展に行ったり、いろんな名所の撮影をしたり、早い桜を撮影したりといろいろやりたいことがりましたが、今回は中止にしました。
とっても残念ですがリスクは最小に抑えた方がいいかと思いまして。
まー東京なんていつでも行けますからね！

The annual camera exhibition CP + was canceled and I was lost in Tokyo.
I wanted to go to a photo exhibition that only takes place in Tokyo, take photos of various sights, and shoot early cherry blossoms.
I'm very sorry, but I thought it would be better to minimize the risk.

冬のニッカ蒸留所Nikka distillery in winter.
今回の写真は数年前に撮った余市にあるニッカ蒸留所です。

僕はここが大好きで年に何回も行きます。
ウイスキーが好きというのもありますが、建物の雰囲気がとっても好きなんです。
こちらは数年前の朝ドラのマッサンの舞台になったウイスキーの蒸留所です。
調べたらも放送から6年くらい経つんですね。
当時は録画して見ていました。
マッサンの人柄となかなかウイスキーを作り始めないストーリーにもどかしさを感じた記憶があります。
それからの朝ドラマッサンの影響で国産ウイスキーが人気でなかなか手に入らない状況いなっています。
僕が好きなニッカの竹鶴なんかも今はほとんどスーパーで見かけなくなりましたね。
こちらのニッカ蒸留所の売店には朝から行けばたまに買えます。
ニッカ蒸留所やウイスキーのことをここに書くと長くなってしますので端折りますが、ニッカ蒸留所の特徴は現在でも石炭で蒸留しているところです。
石炭を燃やして蒸留するには適切な火力になるように石炭をくべ続けなくてはいけません。
そのため熟練した職人が必要になるので、現在は石炭で蒸留している蒸留所は世界中でも数少ないのです。こうして手間をかけているので重厚でコクのある味わいや香ばしさを生み出しているといわれています。
まー簡単に言うとすごい蒸留所なのです。
なんかニッカの回し者のようになってしまいましたねｗｗ
なんの紹介かわからなくなってしましましたね！！
とりあえず北海道を訪れたら一度は行ってみてください。

Nikka bamboo cranes, which I like, are almost never seen in supermarkets anymore.
If you go to this Nikka distillery stall from morning, you can buy it occasionally.
Nikka distillery and whiskey are long here if written here, but Nikka distillery is still characterized by coal distillation even now.
In order to burn and distill coal, it is necessary to keep burning coal so that it has the proper thermal power.
Because of the need for skilled craftsmen, there are currently only a few distilleries in the world that use coal for distillation. It is said that it takes a lot of time and effort to create a solid, rich taste and fragrance.
Well, in short, it's a great distillery.
It has become like a Nikka whirlpool ww
