札幌の文句を言うんじゃない Don't complain to Sapporo.
いつもこのブログの中段に写真とは関係ない時事ネタを少しだけ書いています。
天気のことや話題のニュースなどをちょっとだけ。
しかし、結構読んでくれている人が多くびっくりしています。
興味のない方は写真だけ見てってください。
今回はやっぱりオリンピックのマラソンの話ですね。
IOC(国際オリンピック委員会)が2020年に開催される東京オリンピックのマラソンと競歩を札幌で開催するという事なんです。
理由はオリンピック開催時期の東京の気温の問題です。
先日、中東カタールのドーハで行われた世界選手権のマラソンで選手がたくさんリタイヤしたのもそのきっかけになったでしょうね。
この決定？に各所から様々な声が聞こえてきますね。
北方領土でやったらいいとか
涙がでたとか・・・
新川通りは景観が寂しくて暇だとか・・・
正直、詳しいことはわからないし、運営的なこと（政治的なことも含めて）も詳しくは知りません。
ただ一つ言えるのが・・・・
「札幌が悪く言われる筋合いはない」
という事につきます。
東京を差し置いて札幌に誘致したわけでもなく、ただただIOCの決定で札幌がやってもいいよというスタンスなんですよね。
まーオリンピックのマラソンが札幌にで行われたら、たくさんの外国人に注目されるし、観光客や設備投資などで札幌にお金が落ちるかもしれません。
それはそれで喜ばしいことです。
しかし、ハイシーズン真っただ中なのでホテル不足問題、交通規制、治安の問題など不安要素も札幌は抱えるわけです。しかも、同時期に大通公園で行われるビアガーデンが中止されるかもとか言われています。
北海道知事や札幌市長もただやりたいやらせてくださいじゃなく、やらせてあげるんだからしっかり条件を提示するべきです。（お金のことなど）
その条件に合わなければしっかりお断りするみたいな強固な態度を見せてもらいたい。
最後にもう一度言いますが札幌はあくまでしょうがないからやらせてあげるんです。

The reason is the temperature issue in Tokyo during the Olympic Games.
The other day, it may have been the reason why many players retired at the World Championship Marathon held in Doha, Middle East Qatar.

To be honest, I don't know the details, and I don't know the details of management (including political matters).
The only thing I can say is ...
“Sapporo does n’t have a bad story”.
I didn't invite you to Sapporo by leaving Tokyo, but it was just a stance that Sapporo could do it by IOC decision.
If the Olympic marathon is held in Sapporo, many foreigners will be attracting attention, and money may fall to Sapporo due to tourists and capital investment.
That's great for it.
However, since it is in the middle of the high season, Sapporo also has anxiety factors such as lack of hotels, traffic restrictions, and security issues. Moreover, it is said that the beer garden held at Odori Park will be canceled at the same time.
The Governor of Hokkaido and the Mayor of Sapporo should not just let you do what you want to do, but you should give them the conditions. (Such as money)
I want you to show a strong attitude that you will refuse if you do not meet the conditions.
Last but not least, I'll let you do it because Sapporo can't help it.

北海道を代表する観光スポットの美瑛。
毎日たくさんのカメラマンや観光客が訪れます。
前にも書きましたが数年に1回はぼくも美瑛に行きます。
いまだに冬に行っていないので冬に美瑛も撮影したいなーと思っています。
Biei, a sightseeing spot that represents Hokkaido.
